Mariela & Matt Rogers
OWNERS

For Matt and Mariela Rogers, Home Care is truly a family affair. After meeting during the business Bachelor’s program at the University of Central Oklahoma, Matt and Mariela started their first agency in Broward County, Florida. They fell in love with the energy of the Sunshine State and have brought that back with them as they have started their new senior care agency here in Oklahoma City.

Both specializing in senior care planning and staff recruiting, they have managed hundreds of cases over the years, and have always found joy in helping others get more out of life. They believe it is achievable to keep loved ones living independently as long as possible with the right help at the right time.

The true joy in their lives come from their children, Ben and Sophie. Their well-being and conservative upbringing is the most precious thing they care for. When not working at the agency, Mariela enjoys cooking and crafting while Matt focuses his energy on home improvement and barbecuing.

MARIELA CIPOLAT ROGERS
Employee Care Manager

Welcome, my name is Mariela Cipolat Rogers and I am owner and Director of Employee Care at Home Care of Greater Oklahoma City area. I have previously worked for Telemundo and General Electric in Oklahoma City as a Marketing Coordinator. I earned my Advertising and Marketing degree in 2010 from the University of Central Oklahoma, in Edmond, Oklahoma where I met my husband, Matt, who is also part of our team at Home Care of Southwest Broward.

I was born and raised in Venezuela, in a big Catholic family of Italian descent. While growing up I was always surrounded in a culture of caregiving and respect to elder family members. I witnessed my grandmother’s legacy of caregiving in the small town where I grew up after she became a Red Cross registered nurse to help people in need. Most recently, I also witnessed my mother take care of my elder brother who battled cancer for over a year. This situation within my own family helped me realize that taking care of any family member in need is a full-time job. Sadly, my brother lost his battle to cancer, and this is when my call for making a difference came in, I decided along my husband to open a home care agency in Greater Oklahoma City area and serve families in our community.
